I've not been well..... Pulmonary Bacterial infection and Thyroid embollism...chuck in a core body temperature of 42.4 C and I was a Gnats doodah away from being measured up for a wooden overcoat....still a bit loppy...high body temp may have frayed a few brain cells, they had me packed in Physio Ice packs one night, like a 'Catch of the Day' ....cracking way to spend your birthday, one I'll never forget...anyhow, back in the saddle next week, new gear to try out, trip back to England, more folk staying on the farm, all the wild flower beds we've planted are in full bloom so expect some of those as well. Landscape and Seascape may feature strongly for the rest of the year and I need to feed the online library monsters with 'local scenes of rural France'. Wilko Skipper, mission understood, smoke me a kipper I'll be back for tea.
Easing back in to it with a wander around the garden. Bit of that Breton rain that dosn't quite get to ground level followed by sunshine. If the butterflies hung about instead of using the place as a cut through then maybe they'd have been captured in all their flappy glory, waiting for the Buddleias to flower, that might tempt them. I'll post some of the wildflower beds we've put in tomorrow but until then....
What's all this then????
An unyeilding torrent of Photo babbel full of unconfirmed facts and manufactured photo drivel.. take from it what you like, it won't change the world but may leave you feeling nauseous...
