Twirling...

that's right..twirling, Christmas lights time and before they hang on the christmas tree why not let them stretch their legs and provide a light source for your photographic exploits, here's a few I did with a set of lights from the Pound shop...yes a quid, who need's hi-tech flash gear...??? So here are a few to inspire you..

So the centre one had a shooting set of 5 seconds at f13 iso 100 using one set of LED Christmas lights, should give you a starting place for your exposures You can also take this outside with  it being a wee bit safer than twirling a whisk full of burning steel wool about....and it's a darn site cheaper. So I'm also going to see what you can get up too with a torch as the only light source, more of that later.
